1. 退貨與換貨條件
- 7 天鑑賞期(非試用期):
- 消費者在收到商品後,享有 7 天鑑賞期(從簽收商品的次日開始計算)。
- 鑑賞期為 猶豫期 而非 試用期,商品必須保持 全新狀態,並且 完整可還原(包含原廠包裝、商品本體、配件、標籤、贈品、發票等)。
- 若商品已拆封並影響二次銷售,恕無法接受退貨。
2. 不適用退貨的商品類型
- 客製化產品:
- 由於個人化產品為專屬訂製,無法進行退貨或退款。
- 若產品有瑕疵或錯誤(如印刷問題、內容與訂單不符),請聯繫客服申請換貨。
- 特價品與指定商品:
- 促銷折扣商品、抽獎活動獲得之贈品、特殊聯名商品、限量版商品、消耗性商品,恕不接受退換貨。
3. 退貨流程

ChargeTify Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
- Personalized products are custom-made for you and can only be refunded at 50% of the purchase price (after deducting discounts and shipping costs).
- Shipping and courier fees are non-refundable.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we only accept exchanges or refunds in the form of store credits.
- Products that qualify for return must remain in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and accompanying documents intact.
- The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period. Products must be in a complete and restorable condition to be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
- The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Exclusive offers for friends and family
- Limited edition items, collectible sets, lottery items
- Customized products
- Accessories such as stickers, straps, and basketballs
- Products from special collaborations, including but not limited to:
- Anime, branded partnerships, and sports team merchandise
- All clearance sale items
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
- If the payment was made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, it may take additional time for your financial institution to complete the credit transaction.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Until the returned package is received, all risks associated with the shipment remain the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend using registered or trackable shipping methods to avoid issues related to loss or damage during transit.
4. Exchange Policy
- We allow one-time exchanges only.
- If an exchanged product is unavailable or discontinued, a similar product will be provided.
- Customers cannot request an exchange for another product model or category.
- Store credits issued from a return are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Special Cases
- If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Customers with U.S.-based online orders who need to return an item should contact us within 10 days of receiving the product (based on the tracking record). A return shipping label will be provided.
