6. 購買與付款

  • 透過本網站購買商品即表示您同意支付所有適用的費用，包括進口稅、關稅、手續費等。
  • ChargeTify 不承擔因進口關稅或其他相關費用產生的責任，亦不會為因未支付這些費用而被退回的商品退款。

7. 退貨與退款政策

  • 個人化商品因為其獨特性，無法提供全額退款。
  • 若因個人錯誤(例如上傳錯誤圖片或文字拼寫錯誤)而需退貨，請聯絡客戶服務部門。
  • 退貨商品需保持全新狀態，並附上原始包裝。
  • 符合退貨條件的個人化商品將退還 50% 的購買價格。

8. 運送與配送

  • 標準運送 使用國際郵件系統。
  • 快速運送 可能透過 FedEx、DHL 或其他速遞公司。
  • 所有運送時間僅供參考，實際配送時間取決於目的地國家的海關與物流運作。
  • 若商品因收件人提供的資訊錯誤而未能成功配送，ChargeTify 不負責相關損失。

9. 智慧財產權

  • ChargeTify 及其網站內容受版權、商標、專利等法律保護。
  • 未經 ChargeTify 書面許可，不得使用、修改、複製或發佈本網站內容。

10. 責任限制

  • 本網站 "按現狀" 提供，不保證其無錯誤或不中斷運行。
  • ChargeTify 不對因使用網站而造成的任何直接、間接、特殊或衍生損害負責。

11. 服務中止與終止

  • ChargeTify 有權隨時終止您的帳戶，無需事先通知，尤其是在您違反本條款的情況下。
  • 若您的帳戶連續 12 個月無活動，可能會被刪除。

  • 若發生爭議，應優先通過協商解決，若無法達成一致，則應提交 台灣法院 管轄。

Welcome to ChargeTify! By accessing or using our website (www.chargetify.com) and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Website" or "Site/App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

Due to their personalized nature, custom-made products cannot be returned for a full refund unless defective. Partial refunds may be available under specific conditions.

Delivery times provided on our Website are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance and postal delays. ChargeTify does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for any losses resulting from delays.
